There is no shortage of IT glossaries available. However they appear to be written by technologists for technologists. They are thus of little value to those that work closely with technologists but who themselves are not technologists.

This glossary was created for non-technologists. The definitions are in plain English. The definitions are embedded with insight that will help the reader to increase their credibility and trust in the eyes of the technologists they deal with.
